RM Digital Enterprise LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates OpusCalc Pro (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App. By using OpusCalc Pro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and an optional display name. This information is used solely to identify your account and personalize your experience.
2.2 Calculation Data
When you choose to save a calculation to a project, the inputs you entered and the results computed are stored in your account. This data is yours — we do not use it for analytics, advertising, or any commercial purpose.
2.3 Usage Data
We may collect basic, anonymized crash reports and performance diagnostics through Expo and Firebase to improve App stability. This data does not identify you personally.
2.4 Device Information
We may receive general device information (operating system version, device type) for compatibility and support purposes. We do not collect your precise GPS location, contacts, camera, or microphone data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App
- Sync your saved projects and calculations across devices
- Respond to your support requests
- Improve App performance and fix bugs
- Send important notices about updates or changes to this policy
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your account and project data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), which uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. A local offline copy is stored on your device using AsyncStorage for offline access.
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
Your account and project data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual calculations within the App at any time. To request complete account deletion, contact us at support@opuscalc.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — authentication and cloud data storage
- Expo — mobile app runtime and crash reporting
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services at their respective websites.
7. Children's Privacy
OpusCalc Pro is intended for professional use by contractors and construction professionals. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
